Refund policy

At Heroic, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at heroicpkinfo@gmail.com or 03232966362. Please include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the return, exchange, or refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return delivery charges may apply when an item is returned for reasons other than an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
